Shipping policy
ContactTheCoveredEdit and our brand partners will work together and endeavor to get your orders to you within 72 hours of placing your order. We are always trying our best to get your orders out to you as fast as we can. Sometimes, due to factors that are out of our control and are due to factors relating to our delivery vendors/courier services. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you.
The delivery vendors/courier services that are brand partners use include; Royal Mail, DHL(International), FedEx(International), Evri, Yodel.
Our brand partners ship to various countries and we would like to say that we ship worldwide. However, if the country you would like us to ship to, does not appear on our list, please let us know immediately via support, which can be found on our homepage and we will be happy to look into your request for you and do our best to get the items to you.
Unfortunately, sometimes due to factors that we cannot control, we are unable to ship to your country but any case we will always try our best!
You will receive shipping confirmation via email, once your order in confirmed. If you choose tracked delivery, we will provide your tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received the details in your usual inbox, please check your spam inbox. If you are still unable to find your tracking details, please open a support ticket immediately and we will be happy to assist you.
Our estimated delivery times are; UK standard shipping - 1 to 3 working days, Europe - 3 to 5 working days, Rest of the world - 5 to 7 working days.
Please note: All shipping timelines are an estimate and can be affected by delays which are out of our control.
TheCoveredEdit and brand partners are not responsible for any customs, duties or tax applied to your order outside the UK. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that once your order reaches the destination country, customs can also affect how long it takes to be delivered to you. We have no control over how long customs take to check and release your items.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information. TheCoveredEdit and our brand partners can not be responsible for any incorrect information given. If you have entered incorrect details and would like to amend this. please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been shipped we will try our best to amend the information so that you receive your order. However, if the item has been sent, we cannot make any changes to the address at this point. If you do not receive the package due to incorrect details, it is likely that the item will be returned to the brand partner. In such cases, we will provide a refund as long as the item is returned and you are welcome to make another order, so that you receive the item that you purchased.
TheCoveredEdit and brand partners are not liable for any damage or loss during the delivery process. If you have received a damaged order please directly contact the delivery vendor/courier service or you can contact our support team and we will file a complaint with the delivery vendor/courier service. It is likely you will be asked to show images of the damage, please keep the packaging material and damaged good for evidence before filing a complaint. Our brand partners are aware that when sending items to customers, they need to ensure their packages are well packed, secure and protected to avoid damage.
