Refund and returns policy
ContactIf you would like to return your items, please open a support ticket and our team will be happy to assist you. However, please bear in mind that each brand partner has their own return policies and we will have to take this into account when accepting a return. Please be mindful when returning an items. The item needs to be returned in the condition in which it was sent in. It is likely that you will be asked to send images of any faulty items. Returns will only be accepted if logged within 10 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return after this date.
