Every brand have their specified delivery provider. This will be stated at the checkout when purchasing your products. If ordering multiple items from different brands, each brand will have their own delivery provider which will be either stated at the bottom of the product or at the checkout. Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if you have chosen tracked delivery, otherwise you will be notified of the estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, feel free to open a support ticket and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Every brand have their individual sizing charts. Please refer to the sizing chart below each product to determine the correct size for you.
If you would like to return your items, please open a support ticket and our team will be happy to assist you. However, please bear in mind that each brand has their own return policies and we will have to take this into account when accepting a return. Please be mindful when returning an items. The item needs to be returned in the condition in which it was sent in. It is likely that you will be asked to send images of any faulty items.
